パーム農家
Kaisen, my boom is coming, "Hon Maguro" is brewed with the assumption that it is to be paired with tuna. Incidentally, there is also just "Tuna".
It is labeled as dry with a ginjo aroma. It has a clear and soft aroma of rice. First, a sip. Ah, the richness that one expects from Kasen. This richness, like nuts and mushrooms, is addictive. Then, it is dry. I have a feeling it will go well with the blood-like aroma and astringent taste characteristic of tuna. So, I took it with the tuna I had bought at a great price.
The flavor of the tuna and the sake are well combined. And it refreshes the palate. This is brilliant. I feel that all Kaisen brands are excellent as a food sake.
