I remember 2 types of sake....
◾️ Summer Sarasara
It has a clean taste and you can feel the umami of rice 🌾.
It has a bitter taste afterwards, and the ginjo aroma leaves your nose as you leave 😤.
It is a refreshing and easy to drink sake 🍶.
◾️Tankusubeshibori
This one is more rounded than the summer sarara: ⭕️
The rice flavor is the same but the sweetness is a little stronger😙.
I thought the Daishinshu was a little more sweet and sour, similar to Koshi and Taisetsukei, but both seem to have less acidity 🤔.
