Daishinshu's brewery opening event 6/11
The sake served was an all-you-can-pour blend of ginjo and daiginjo. Crazy. It smelled so good. Umesue (Japanese plum).
For 2,000 yen for six tickets, we were able to tour the brewery, which is something you can't normally do (photos are not for social media), so it was a lot of fun.
