Field wine is indeed still forever a god. This mountain waste is finally acceptable to my good wine drinking friends. A very elegant mountain waste with no hint of ginjo aroma.
It was actually kind of my first time drinking Daiginjo, and the addition of shochu had a huge impact on the sake. But true to form the ginjo aroma is so powerful and rich! Love it, love it!
But this bottle of sake was drunk with the cloudy sake of Hana-Yo-Yu. I think it's still Hana-Yo-Yu that's a bit more advanced
