This is my first Blue Label.
For better or worse, it is refreshing.
I thought it would be a bottle I would keep on hand for everyday drinking.
We had it with a pot of lemon casserole to enjoy the many lemons we received.
The lemon refreshed me, and the Blue Label refreshed me even more.
It was delicious. Thank you very much.

Masamune hunters go today🍶.
I found out that there is a Masamune that I haven't tasted yet at a store relatively close to me 💡.
Then, I decided to hurry up and buy it 🚃.
Arrived at the address of the store 😤.
I heard it's in the basement, but I couldn't find the entrance without a sign 😅.
I was lost and went left and right, but I opened the door thinking that I could find out if I asked at the cafe-like place on the first floor 🤔.
The clerk said, "Welcome!
Hiro "I'm looking for Masamu ...... liquor store..."
I almost became suspicious😅.
You wouldn't use "Masamune" in everyday conversation in a coffee shop 🤣.
The waitress said "If you are looking for a liquor store, here it is 💁🏻♀️"
A downstairs in front of my eyes....

Hiro (voice in his mind) "How can you know there is a staircase in the building 🤣"
So, I successfully purchased Masamune.
It was only a bottle of Masamune though 🤣.
Now, open the bottle 🍶.
It has a strong sweetness and a weak acidity.
Of course, it has a classic flavor with a slight huckleberry taste.
It has a strong sweetness and a low alcohol content among the classics 🤔.
When heated up, the sweetness and aroma increases and it becomes more drinkable 🤗.

Mild aroma
Soft on the palate, with a strong spread of umami.
There is little sweetness, but the moderate acidity brings it all together, and the mild umami acidity continues through to the finish.
A bottle that stands out for its well-balanced taste, just like a food sake.

Amazing visit, a "Nabeshima" paradise!
A certain izakaya sold almost all kinds of Nabeshima, which has been gaining popularity recently to the extent that they have restrictions on purchase and point of sale, and even sold seasonal products that I missed out on!
After much rummaging, I purchased the Nabeshima Harvest Moon Hiyayogoshi in early spring, which was sold last fall and which I missed out on!
Since the sake is a bit old, I opened the bottle right away and enjoyed the piquancy without any deterioration in flavor!
The taste was full and full, even though it left a gassy sound at the opening of the war!
It was a dry bottle with moderate sweetness, soft umami and acidity that spread slowly.
