boukenPurchased at the antenna store in KITE
According to the official website, it is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. Slightly effervescent, fresh, sweet and tasty, with a bitterness and sharpness that is typical of aruzoe (fermented sake).
Like Rairaku and Morinori, I prefer a strong flavor like this.
However, I was a little concerned about the lingering alcohol smell in the latter half of the bottle. ねむちGood evening, bouken🌛I've been going to KITTE a lot lately, so I was curious about this one as well, but I'm curious about the strong flavor 😋, but it's a pure sake brew, so the alcohol is a bit harsh 😅. boukenGood evening, Mr. Nemuchi.
I've been procuring more and more at KITTE myself lately 😁.
It's pretty sweet and light in the mouthfeel, but compared to Rairaku or Morinori, which are also made by Aruzoe, I was worried about the lingering alcohol smell at the end 🤔. boukenI think it depends on the individual how you feel about it, so please give it a try 🤗. ぺっかーるCome to think of it, there was an antenna store in KITTE, Osaka!"
I went there for sake.
Nice! This is Hiroshima IPPIN.
I'm sure I'll be a regular customer from now on!
I was not sure about Hakuhong, but this is the first time I have been here and it is a big deal. I had seen it in a magazine last year.
Soft and nice aroma.
Like you can sense banana and melon.
For a moment, I thought there was vanilla too.
It is juicy with a fruity taste.
I drank it with the No. 7 yeast in mind.
But it's not quite there yet...
I see... No. 7! I couldn't say "I see!
They also sold a large issue of No. 9 yeast.
I should have compared them.
However, it was tasty enough!
We will definitely win...Carp! boukenPurchased at the Hiroshima Prefecture Antenna Shop that opened at KITTE Osaka.
This is my first time to buy this brand.
I had been curious about it for a while, but wondered where I could buy it. I was wondering where I could buy it.
There were several other Otafuku brands lined up in the store 😊.
I had the impression they were promoting Otafuku and Hakuhong.
It was a summer sake, but the fact that it was Omachi was the deciding factor in my purchase 😁.
It was refreshing, sweet and sour, with a hint of apple and muscat. The second half of the bottle has a strong sake-like character and is very drinkable. I'd love to try some of their raw sake 🤔.
I like the first half, but the bitterness towards the end is a bit much for me... I'm not sure if I like it or not...
I'm not sure if it's a fresh dry sake or not... RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
