Purchased at the antenna store in KITE
According to the official website, it is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. Slightly effervescent, fresh, sweet and tasty, with a bitterness and sharpness that is typical of aruzoe (fermented sake).
Like Rairaku and Morinori, I prefer a strong flavor like this.
However, I was a little concerned about the lingering alcohol smell in the latter half of the bottle.

I've been procuring more and more at KITTE myself lately 😁.
It's pretty sweet and light in the mouthfeel, but compared to Rairaku or Morinori, which are also made by Aruzoe, I was worried about the lingering alcohol smell at the end 🤔.
