We called Nishi Shuzo to find out where to order Tenpyo 📞.
They said it is mainly for out-of-prefecture customers and is only sold in Kagoshima prefecture at 《Kosedo Sake Shop》.
The Nansakae main store is closed on Sundays, while the Temmonkan and Chuo Station stores are open.
By coincidence, there was a Toyobai event at the corner store, so they introduced us to "Tagirba" in Yatai-mura Laika, where we could drink Tenpyo from noon.
Only Jungin is in stock now!
We were lucky enough to relay the last pressing and just after opening the bottle!
The first one was a gentle sweet and fruity 🤤 with a nice smoothness.
The first one is a little gassy, light, sweet and spicy 👍.
I imagined the sake to be as firm as Saigou-san's eyebrows, but both have a shallow and refreshing aftertaste.
I didn't get the banana-y, melon-y... feeling, but to me it was like a dry Sekirei🍇 and delicious 😋.
