The second was my favorite Junmai Ginjo Heki-ban! I've seen it every year in Hakodate, Yamagata, and Kumamoto, and this was the fourth time in Obihiro! A night in Obihiro I was introduced to this place by a junior colleague. I went to the restaurant and was welcomed with open arms because of the introduction! We found many famous sakes in the cold storage 💡. The price for a 140ml glass of three different types of sake was a reasonable 2100 yen 🎯! They asked me what kind of sake I like, and I told them that I basically like fruity sakes. The owner told me that many of the regulars who come to his store prefer dry sake.
