The first Kawayuka dinner of the year was an omakase kaiseki at Rokko. The sake to be served was Urakasumi Junmai Dry. A good sake that never misses. We served it with an assortment of hamo (conger eel) sashimi. Ingredients: rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic) Rice polishing ratio 65 Alcohol content: 15% or more
