It is dry, with a fine texture on the tongue and good acidity.
I expected it to be nigori (cloudy) sake, given the name, but 😅 it was clear and not cloudy.

This Potari-Potari also has a dry sharpness and freshness. It is a good sake.
I love Shizuoka Prefecture, especially Numazu. I had a friend from school in Numazu, so I visited there many times when I was single and ate and drank at Numazu Port.
I had the impression that the horse mackerel was especially delicious.

There is a fish shop next to the izakaya (Japanese style bar), and I visited there after drinking to buy some "pickled squid" and fresh fish. ハリーHiraccio, is that where the Akamaru store is?

Normally, I would naturally get sucked into Izumiya, but I dared to go to a chain restaurant.
Sapporo Lager Akahoshi, stewed rice cake, pickled cucumber with wasabi, fresh fish directly from Numazu Port (medai today).
One-cup, regular Kokushi Musou sake.
Clear and moderately tasty. Good as usual.
