hoshiakiJunmai Ginjo 🍶.
The third and last cup of Magoshiro Soba was also Nagaoka local sake, from a brewery related to Natsuko's sake.
A little sweet. A bit mellow🤔. It may be better warmed than chilled. It is a little bit sweeter than the cold sake. The final dish is duck tofu stew 😅 which is very tasty and healthy 😅.
I had a Kirinzan highball afterwards 😆.

Magoshiro soba, second glass of local sake from Nagaoka 😆.
Not too strong, but rather heavy and tasty. It goes well with the mozuku seaweed 👍I prefer the powerful mozuku seaweed from the Sea of Japan to the mozuku seaweed from Okinawa ☺️ It's mild and delicious with the salt from the fried yam isobe 😆 Tea beans also promote the sake 😆.

On the last day of GW, I went to Kawagoe. I visited the Kawagoe branch of Nagaoka Hegisoba, which used to be located at the station closest to my house ✨.
Nice and clear with a good acidity. Dry and suitable for summer. I ate more and more. The fried isobe yam is delicious. It was nice to meet the manager again after a long time 😆.
