Tasting and sale of Niigata's local sake from Kashiwazaki, Niigata Prefecture.
The third glass was a Minna dry sake.
This sake is a commemorative sake for the 90th anniversary of the Nishimaki Sake Brewery, which was present at the event.
It was the lightest of the three, but it was delicious with a mouthfeel that never got old.

The second sake was Koshinohomare 90YELLOW.
It is made with 100% Hazuki Minori and 90% polished rice.
I was curious about it when I saw it at Sake-no-wa.
It has a darker taste than Koshiji-no-Kenbai. It is also very tasty. I also bought this one: ☺️

The first glass was a tasting of Koshiji-no-Kenbai Namaishu.
It is made from 100% Hachitan-Nishiki No. 2 and has a milling ratio of 60%.
It was so delicious that we decided to purchase it.
It tastes good enough on its own, but I wonder if it would be better with saury as recommended. ☺️
