Tasting and sale of Niigata's local sake from Kashiwazaki, Niigata Prefecture.
The first glass was a tasting of Koshiji-no-Kenbai Namaishu.
It is made from 100% Hachitan-Nishiki No. 2 and has a milling ratio of 60%.
It was so delicious that we decided to purchase it.
It tastes good enough on its own, but I wonder if it would be better with saury as recommended. ☺️
