The third cup is a new sake from Tamitsu! Contract-grown rice, Kami no Ho, produced by Tamitsu, Komono-cho, Mie-gun Gentle and refreshing melon aroma! I was encouraged by the comment that it was hard to find, so I ordered it. It was so good, so good 😋 ❣️ The clam ramen soaked up all the flavor!

Delicious. Refreshingly acidic, but with a mouthfeel and aftertaste like old-fashioned sake! Kaienishi. Kaienishi. We had it at a clam restaurant♪ A taste comparison of farmed, 3 and 7 year old clams. No, I see. Delicious.
