Today we will participate in the first day of Craft Sake WeeK and have limited edition sake from each brewery! The second sake will be from Amanogaro 10th Anniv. After going through 4 prototypes, this Amanogeru is finally a fully successful sake without fire-watering and orization, which is a confident work worthy of the Amanogeru 10th Anniversary Sake! When poured into a glass, the left Tenkaeru has a golden color like champagne compared to the right side Colors. The normal Tenkaeru and the Proto Type had a lactic acid sweetness, but I felt a little bit of amino acid flavor with a sense of maturity had been added. It was so good that I had two glasses of it, but I can't taste it at the event, so I wish I could enjoy it at home slowly... Rice Polishing Ratio : Koji Rice 55%, Kake Rice 60 Alcohol content: 11

Today we will participate in the first day of Craft Sake WeeK and have limited edition sake from each brewery! First up is NEXT5's Colors Shinmasa! This year's NEXT5 Colors is a limited edition sake from each brewery using Akita Prefecture's sake brewing rice, Modified Nobukou! The first sip had a fresh and gorgeous aroma and flavor similar to that of the Cosmos, and the crispness that quickly faded away was delicious! The number of visitors is still increasing today, so we hope to enjoy the event while taking care not to suffer from heat stroke due to the lingering summer heat.
