First up is NEXT5's Colors Shinmasa!
This year's NEXT5 Colors is a limited edition sake from each brewery using Akita Prefecture's sake brewing rice, Modified Nobukou!
The first sip had a fresh and gorgeous aroma and flavor similar to that of the Cosmos, and the crispness that quickly faded away was delicious!
The number of visitors is still increasing today, so we hope to enjoy the event while taking care not to suffer from heat stroke due to the lingering summer heat.
