Hot sake.
The smell of freshly cooked sweet rice rises up.
The sweetness of the rice and alcohol in the mouth. The alcohol is quite strong, but I found it refreshing and easy to drink with thicker dishes.
It's the perfect warm sake to accompany hot dishes.
