Japanese sake from Kagoshima?
I thought it was Nishi Shuzo, the treasure trove of potato shochu.
We didn't learn enough.
It is a 50% polished Yamada Nishiki.
I saw the comment that it is a food syochu liqueur.
It's delicate, fruity and delicious.
It's a drink you should drink before you become lukewarm.
