よりっち🍶The label is on the sake upside down, but since this is a picture of the glass taken with the food, you can't tell the difference. It has a distinctly dark and spicy reputation, but the depth of flavor and richness is well-defined. So it seems to go very well with seafood. We had it with shirasu (baby sardines), iwagaki (oysters), and clams. たっつうThe second drink was Saku's Iseshima limited edition sake.
This is actually the second time I've had this sake, and it's made to go with the seafood of Iseshima, but it's fruity, smooth, and easy to drink 😆.

This kind of sake goes well with seafood. 🙆♂️
Especially with turban shells! かじゃMedium mouthfeel. Easy to drink. Not my favorite. よりっち🍶A full-bodied drink. It goes well with seafood. よりっち🍶It is said to be dry, but it feels sweet and delicious with grilled oysters. よりっち🍶It's clean and sharp. The oyster is exquisite because it is raw and grilled.
