This sake is from Kinomoto in Shiga Prefecture, close to my hometown in Fukui Prefecture.
It's dry, freshly squeezed and tangy, and you can taste many different flavors and alcohol.
The sake is served with a side dish of honmoroko marinated in oil🙆🙆. あおちゃんDrinking outside♪♪

First drink was Sentori Classic!
It's a schwashy, slightly effervescent 🫧.
It tastes like yogurt.

It was so thick I felt like I was eating it instead of drinking it😅😊😊.

The rice still has its shape and tastes good with almost no bitterness! They drink (eat) it on ♾️ 😅

They don't have a lot of snacks, but they are delicious.

I think it's from Kyoto when I hear "Sasaki Sake Brewery". I think it's from Kyoto.
