I assume that you usually prefer the modern type, sweet and fruity, and drink it chilled.
Reizan Aso Junmai Acidic, rich, classic on the palate, but not unpleasant.
Kameman Dry Junmai, clean, normally dry, good.
Koroh Junmai Ginjo Slightly classic, slightly mellow, acidity-driven. I remember seeing Kumamoto Prefectural Sake Brewing Laboratory sometimes with Eikun's X.
Conclusion: All of them are good as food sake. たっつうThe third drink was a local sake from Aso.
This one has a unique umami flavor, but also has a mildness to it.
It is also suitable for warming sake. たっつうThe second sake is from Tsunaki town near Minamata in southern Kumamoto.
This one is a crisp, light and dry sake.
It was a nice sake to go with fish sashimi. 🙆♂️ たっつうThis November, Kumamoto Prefecture and Umeda commercial facilities are collaborating with each other, so I came to Umeda today to drink Kumamoto Prefecture's sake🍶.
We compared three Kumamoto sake at this restaurant.
I have often heard of this sake, but this was my first time to try it.
It was a mellow and delicious cup with a hint of rice flavor. 🙆♂️ RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
