I assume that you usually prefer the modern type, sweet and fruity, and drink it chilled.
Reizan Aso Junmai Acidic, rich, classic on the palate, but not unpleasant.
Kameman Dry Junmai, clean, normally dry, good.
Koroh Junmai Ginjo Slightly classic, slightly mellow, acidity-driven. I remember seeing Kumamoto Prefectural Sake Brewing Laboratory sometimes with Eikun's X.
Conclusion: All of them are good as food sake.
