I bought it at Sake-no-Alpha near Hankyu Omiya station, the same place as Asahinichi. It is within walking distance from Saiin station because there is an elevated Sagano line right next to it. I personally think they don't go well together, Tsuki no Katsura. The entrance is clean, but the umami follows later. Slight sweetness, slight bitterness. Not too much, not too little. Well, it tastes like it's a bit of both....

Hello bouken, 🌥️ I would like to drink Shiga and Kyoto's Risshun Asashibori next year, but I'm not sure if it's a good idea from your point of view 😅I'll think about it again in a year 🤣.

Good evening, Ponchan 😃. Hmmm 🤔 it might be good as a food wine 😅. It's just my personal opinion.... If you are in Kansai, I recommend Harushika or Tomikunishiki for Risshun morning pressing 😊.

Sweet aroma. Fresh and sweeter than expected. Unique sweetness like candy. Unique but interesting and delicious. The sweetness is like a floppy candy. More fruity than I expected, too. I think the Asahi Nikki Jusui Brewing I drank in the past also had a unique sweetness.

Good evening bouken 🌙 Pero pero candy 🤣 indeed the sweetness is the sweetness of candy not fruit 😆 Today is the 5th day and it's the best 🤣 I'll keep trying until tomorrow ❣️

Good morning, Pon-chan 😃 I was thinking about the nostalgic sweetness of candy, but not normal candy, and I thought it must be peropero candy, right? I came to the conclusion that it is peropero candy 😋.

I've seen this label before, but raw looked rare, so I bought it. It is located between Hankyu Omiya and Saiin stations (JR Tambaguchi station may be closer?), which I visited to reserve Risshun Asa Shibori. I bought it at Sake no Alpha Umeda Sake Shop. I thought there would not be much sake in the atmosphere, but they had quite a lot of local sake. (Brands handled include Dewazakura, Ajigasawa, Gobashi, Eikun, Kaiun, Shidaisen, etc.) The aroma and taste are a bit smoky. It is rather fruity. Citrus-like sweetness. Light and refreshing. I'm wondering if my impression of this sake is correct because I have too little information about it... Tastes good, but I don't really like the aroma. I'm getting the impression that it's a fruity black cow.
