I bought it at Sake-no-Alpha near Hankyu Omiya station, the same place as Asahinichi. It is within walking distance from Saiin station because there is an elevated Sagano line right next to it.
I personally think they don't go well together, Tsuki no Katsura.
The entrance is clean, but the umami follows later. Slight sweetness, slight bitterness.
Not too much, not too little.
Well, it tastes like it's a bit of both....
