The third drink was BLACK JACK, extremely dry. This was not on the menu, but the chef recommended it to me. I don't usually drink dry sake, but this one had a very mild spiciness and was very tasty and easy to drink. The lingering taste was slightly complex and bitter. Like the previous two sakes, all three sakes were smooth and smooth to drink, and I thought they all went well with meals without disturbing the food. For the fourth cup, I asked for a sake from Ishikawa Prefecture, but they were out of it, so I had another serving of Tasake for the last. It was my first time at this restaurant, but both the waiter and the waitress were pleasant and helpful, and the lunch reminded me once again that sushi and sake really are the best.

The second cup was a brewer's sake of Kuheiji's "Betsuatsurai. This was the first time for me to drink "Betsuatsurai" from the brewer Kuheiji. This is the first brewer's Kuheiji. When you put it in your mouth, you will feel a spicy and pungent taste. After that, I felt a soft bitterness, and I thought it was a very good sake to drink with a meal.

For lunch today, I went to a sushi restaurant that I had been curious about for some time. There were eight kinds of cold sake and two kinds of heated sake. The first cup was Tasake special junmai. It was my first Tasake. I was very curious about it since there were many posts about it on Sake-no-wa. Well, my first Tasake, it has a soft sweet aroma. In the mouth, there is a gentle sweetness, followed by a complex taste and a gentle spiciness in the aftertaste. It was a very tasty sake that was smooth to drink from start to finish and did not interfere with meals.
