karisomeI still don't know what the definition of "dry" is (I understand that it is defined in terms of sake level), but I guess it is when you don't feel a mild sweetness as a taste.
It's not the same as "sharpness," but it has a strong presence and makes me feel like I'm drinking sake, which is what dry sake does.
I like the black and gold label, it looks like a gold frame. ma-ki-The third drink was BLACK JACK, extremely dry.
This was not on the menu, but the chef recommended it to me.
