I was very curious about it since there were many posts about it on Sake-no-wa.
Well, my first Tasake, it has a soft sweet aroma.
In the mouth, there is a gentle sweetness, followed by a complex taste and a gentle spiciness in the aftertaste.
It was a very tasty sake that was smooth to drink from start to finish and did not interfere with meals.
