The third drink was BLACK JACK, extremely dry.
This was not on the menu, but the chef recommended it to me.
I don't usually drink dry sake, but this one had a very mild spiciness and was very tasty and easy to drink.
The lingering taste was slightly complex and bitter.
Like the previous two sakes, all three sakes were smooth and smooth to drink, and I thought they all went well with meals without disturbing the food.
For the fourth cup, I asked for a sake from Ishikawa Prefecture, but they were out of it, so I had another serving of Tasake for the last.
It was my first time at this restaurant, but both the waiter and the waitress were pleasant and helpful, and the lunch reminded me once again that sushi and sake really are the best.
