Although it is sake, it has a refreshing aftertaste as if one were drinking water. The clean taste is an advantage, but it is also a disadvantage, as you do not really feel like you are drinking sake. It tastes slightly sweet.
If you want to drink it, you should drink sake alone in an elegant manner, as it seems to lose out when combined with strong flavors.
