Spring Nigorinpic 58 On the way back from this year's Shoreki-ji Bodai-Hashiroshi Sake Festival, I walked to the Ogami-jinja Shrine to visit the three sake shrines and stopped by Imanishi Shuzo's Ekimae store in front of the JR station for a little New Year's tasting😇. I was going to leave without buying anything (I already bought a bottle of Takacho's Bodhi Hashiroshi at Shoreki-ji Temple after crying to Kaorin 🤣) because my cellar and fridge were full that day, but this sake was so good that I cried to Kaorin and bought this one too 😅. This sake is really delicious after all🙆⭕️🙆 It has a very nice shwashiness, which is combined with the original sweet and fruity taste, and the moderate acidity gives it a nice clean finish 😇 I was impressed by how they can make such a delicious sake😇. Mimurosugi is also delicious, but I still prefer the local limited-edition Sake 🙆😇.

Good evening, Nao888! If you have a chance, please visit Sanmorosugi-san from Ogami-sha Shrine😇. The main brewery and the store on the approach to Ojin Shrine do not offer paid tasting, but you can do it at the store in front of JR station😇.

A clear, beautiful sake with a clean, uncluttered taste. It is a little light, medium to slightly dry. It was so cold, with snow flurries and a strong wind, that I was hesitant to drink even half a bottle of cold sake. First, we had sake ice cream and amazake in front of the station's waiting ticket gate. The amazake was so hot that even the store owner had to add a word of warning, and it was so thick that there was no convection, so it stayed hot to the end. It was not so sweet, and the ginger was deliciously warming. The ice cream in the extreme cold was still delicious. It was soft enough to be eaten with the miniature spoon provided, and not at all kinky or stiff. The soon-to-be-completed Miwa Lore Storehouse and the cedar barrels mentioned in the installation were visible. It was right in front of the second torii gate.

Hatsumode to the three major sake gods of Japan is complete 😀. Following the visit to Umemiya-taisha Shrine from Matsuo-taisha Shrine in Kyoto on New Year's Day 2, today we came to visit Nara Ojinja Shrine from the Bodhi Hashimoto Sake Festival at Shoreki-ji Temple 🙏. My hope is that everyone at Sake-no-wa will have good luck with sake this year😇. And the blessings came early 😇 On the way back to Miwa station, we got a limited edition sake for the year of the snake from Imanishi Sake Brewery in front of the Miwa station 😀. This was 🙆It was so delicious! The moderately effervescent and bouncy fruity taste was fresh and delicious 😀. I drank the paid tasting of one cup with Kaorin, but it was soon empty 🤣. I'm going to buy some and have her join the ongoing Nigorinpik in a hurry 😀.

Hi Jay & Nobby 😀 Just to let you know, tomorrow's walk from Fushimi Inari to Mikamiya will be the end of our first sake visit of the year😇. There are many historical sites and shrines related to sake in Kansai, and walking is fun too😇!

The last one is Junmai Daiginjo on the right. The top aroma is fruity and sweet. In the mouth, it has a refreshing juicy sweetness and a clean acidity that is refreshing and refreshing. I think this was the most delicious. The third picture was taken at the Noboru Sake store where we bought our souvenirs, where we found a four-pack bottle of Sanko Tenpyo Yamahai and Namahashi. By the way, I bought 5 bottles of sake as souvenirs, of which 2 were from Nara 😂.

Good evening, Pon-chan🍶. I think the only one in Tokyo that can compete with Noboru Sake Shop is Kodama in Otsuka. Please stop by if you run through the Nakasendo area 😆.

Next is Junmai Ginjo🍶, third from left. The top aroma is faintly sweet. The first aroma is faintly sweet, and the mouthfeel is juicy, sweet, and full-bodied with a refreshing taste. I think it was similar to the one made with Yamanokami yeast. It was delicious. The third one is Noboru Sake Shop in Tenri where I bought some souvenirs on my way home. They have a great selection of chivalrous w

Next up is the second from the left, a special junmai sake made with yeast extracted from the flowers of the sacred sasayuri lily (sasayuri), and using Yamanokami yeast. The first aroma is faintly sweet. When you take a sip, it has a refreshing sweetness and richness with a clean mouthfeel. It also has a refreshing sweet aroma. It was also delicious. The third picture is the Otorii gate of Miwa Myojin.

On the last day of my trip to Nara, after visiting Miwa Myojin, I went to the Miwa-za Cafe at the Imanishi Sake Brewery Ekimae Branch to have a sake tasting at the store on the approach to the temple. We started with the first sake on the left, Bodaihashiroshi Junmai. The first aroma was faintly sweet. The first aroma was a faint sweet aroma, and when we sipped it, we could taste the rich sweetness and full-bodied flavor of Bodai Hashiroshi with a refreshing acidity. It is not as thick as Takacho, which is also a Bodai Hashiro, and surprisingly refreshing. It was delicious. The third picture is the worship hall, but the construction is in the way.
