Nf bapak
A clear, beautiful sake with a clean, uncluttered taste. It is a little light, medium to slightly dry.
It was so cold, with snow flurries and a strong wind, that I was hesitant to drink even half a bottle of cold sake. First, we had sake ice cream and amazake in front of the station's waiting ticket gate.
The amazake was so hot that even the store owner had to add a word of warning, and it was so thick that there was no convection, so it stayed hot to the end. It was not so sweet, and the ginger was deliciously warming. The ice cream in the extreme cold was still delicious. It was soft enough to be eaten with the miniature spoon provided, and not at all kinky or stiff.
The soon-to-be-completed Miwa Lore Storehouse and the cedar barrels mentioned in the installation were visible. It was right in front of the second torii gate.
