DKSI am not a fan of sake yeast yeast, but this one has no smell and can be drunk neatly. I was surprised! DKSThis is very close to Jyushiyo. Only 3,000 bottles are made each year and 1,000 of them seem to be at this store in Koenji. DKSFound a DEEP sake BAR in Koenji. Hakutsuru-Nishiki EXTRA is probably the first time I drink it. Jyushidai EXTRA is my favorite sake.
