Toyomura Sake Brewery. This is Toyomori Hara-shu, a local sake from Tsuyazaki, Fukutsu City, Fukuoka Prefecture. The sake is bottled straight from the tank without adding a drop of water. It has a gorgeous aroma and a thick taste. We match it with the dried bonito Chanja from Kagoshima prefecture.

It has a mild aroma, and when you taste it, you can feel the strong acidity. The sweetness of the rice is caught in the back! The aftertaste lasts long.
