I discovered Hachisen's summer ginjo near July. The blue bottle is cute and looks like cider💙. The inside is solidly dry.

I bought Takasago! I love this sake with a slight yellow tinge and a strong rice taste. My favorite Shizuoka sake 🍶! The sake cup and tokkuri are handmade!
