Water. I wanted to go to Masuda Sake Brewery, eat Toyama Black, visit Oyaji, and win Kachikoma, but I had to go to Tokyo, so I returned the rental car and took the bullet train as quickly as possible. I bought a bottle of Junmai Gen as a last ditch effort. I bought three bottles as souvenirs. It was very smooth.

Purchased during sightseeing in Atami. I was supposed to drink it on the train on the way home, but I fell asleep after one can of beer. I went home and had a light drink. It was dry, but the rice malt taste was a little strong, so I did not like it.
