When I traveled to Nagano, I was recommended this place by a local liquor store.
The owner was a woman, but she seemed to be a great drinker, and she taught me how to open a bottle in detail.
We had a toast at the inn that night!
It was so easy to drink, with a slight effervescence, that we finished it immediately.
It was so delicious!
It needs refrigeration and I gave up on bringing it home, but I'd like to drink it again when I'm in Nagano.
