Rice (domestic), rice malt Polishing ratio 55 100% Yamadanishiki One cup with a cute cat pattern I was so happy when I found it because I was curious about it! About the taste -Clean and slightly dry -At the beginning, there is a strong smell of alcohol, but it doesn't linger. -It goes well with Japanese food such as grilled fish (maybe because it's from Yaizu?).
