Rare Tokyo sake. Fussa City, Tokyo, is home to the Ishikawa Sake Brewery's Junmai Unfiltered. It has a nice aroma of rice and a fruity flavor that is not too thick or too light. I like it.

When it is made into tantrums, it is fragrant. I guess it is still a tantrum sake. Sweet taste.
