Kyo-Denrai Nama-Shu, freshly stored sake, Shirakikusui brewing Yamamoto Honke Sake Brewery This sake is from Fushimi, Kyoto. I am a Japanese who prefers the very dry Harushika, but I will drink any sake my wife buys. It is very easy to drink, clear and sweet. I don't need any accompaniments, just sake. Tonight, too, I feel good.

I received this from a friend in Kanto. It seems to be a seasonal product, and I can never get it in my cultural sphere (Nara Prefecture). I opened the package. A sweet aroma wafts through the air. I was already in a good mood. The clear, serpentine cup has the color that I like. I take a sip. I sigh with happiness. It has a fruity texture, just like wine. It goes well with the sashimi that accompanies it. I wanted to drink it carefully, but I had already drunk half of it. I drink sake while it's still good. This is my way. Many thanks to 🙇‍♂️.
