Purchased at the brewery. It is the fifth bottle. The sake is slightly sweet, with a slightly dry aftertaste and a heavy umami flavor. The heaviness of the sake is what I imagine the sake to be like. To be honest, I didn't like the taste. But I have a feeling it would be delicious hot. I'm going to try it at home for the first time. Addendum It was delicious when I heated it up (almost lukewarm, though). The aroma, which wasn't so pronounced with cold sake, became more pronounced and fruity and gorgeous. The sweetness and spiciness were also emphasized, and it became dry with a clean aftertaste. I think this sake is best served warm.

It was recommended by my friend who likes sweet taste. Drink at home. It is a little dry, unlike what I heard. It has a habitual atmosphere with various miscellaneous tastes. After about 10 days, it became a monster. The miscellaneous tastes turned into sweetness and deliciousness, and the fruity taste came out, and the unpleasant miscellaneous tastes disappeared and it became delicious. Raw sake is very interesting.

Drink at home. Purchased at the brewery. The base is a delicious sake with a clear and thick flavor. It is slightly sweet, and the feeling that it was made seriously and carefully is amazing. It is an honorable sake. When lees are added to it, the acidity accents the miscellaneous flavors and gives it a different look. This is interesting in its own way. With or without lees, it is a twice-tasty sake.

The first sake I bought by myself. Drinking at home. I bought it at Kuramoto. At first, it is not easy to say that it is easy to drink, because it has a fermented freshness and a lot of miscellaneous tastes. After drinking it, it is dry and refreshing. This is refreshing. As the day goes by, it becomes mellow and full of richness, and the miscellaneous flavors disappear to become a dry sake with a pronounced taste. The refreshing feeling after drinking continues. I would like to drink it again after drinking a variety of other sakes.

Drinking at home. Cold sake. Purchased at the brewery. 2nd bottle. It has a refreshing and slightly dry taste. There is nothing special about it. There is no change in the taste after a few days, and it is not fresh. I wonder if it is really raw sake. I think so. I did not want to drink it again.
