Purchased at the brewery. It is the fifth bottle.
The sake is slightly sweet, with a slightly dry aftertaste and a heavy umami flavor.
The heaviness of the sake is what I imagine the sake to be like.
To be honest, I didn't like the taste.
But I have a feeling it would be delicious hot.
I'm going to try it at home for the first time.
Addendum
It was delicious when I heated it up (almost lukewarm, though).
The aroma, which wasn't so pronounced with cold sake, became more pronounced and fruity and gorgeous.
The sweetness and spiciness were also emphasized, and it became dry with a clean aftertaste.
I think this sake is best served warm.

As time goes by, the bitter drinking taste disappears.
It has a sweetness, but it is a very dry sake with a strong impression. It doesn't have a very elegant impression, so it's not my favorite.
