Although it has a gorgeous pineapple sweet aroma typical of hana-yoku, the sweetness seemed quite subdued when I drank it.
The acidity pulls the overall flavor, with the sweetness and bitterness on the side. Such was my impression.
The bitterness that lingers in the aftertaste is softer than in other Hana-yosu, making it refreshing and easy to drink.
The sweetness is moderate, but the umami and richness are felt well, as if they are bouncing around in the mouth.
