I received it as a souvenir. I had never had it before. Is the aroma sweet and fruity? I am not sure because I have a stuffy nose today. The taste was much sweeter and fruity as was the aroma, but it left a slight bitter taste in my mouth. It was a delicious sake, but it was not for me.

Purchased at Kajiya in Joetsu City. The owner of SAKE DIPLOMA recommended this one to us when we requested something that even she, who is not fond of sake, could easily drink. When you open the sealed bottle, you can smell the sweet aroma. When we sipped it, we first felt a gentle acidity, followed by a soft sweetness, and finally, a fizzy taste remained on our tongues. The alcohol content is 7-8%, which is low for sake, but it is very comfortable to drink, so you need to be careful not to drink too much of it.
