Takemichi. The sake was kept well chilled and warmed up to a little above lukewarm. The sake is well-balanced, with a hint of aroma and a strong sense of umami and acidity. It is not sweet, but the beautiful liquid makes you think it might be sweet. It is not sweet, but the beautiful liquid gives the illusion that it might be sweet. It was an amazing drink. It soaked into my body.

The brewery says, "We blended several types of junmai sake that had been aged for more than three years to create an old sake that is easy to drink and has a harmonious flavor. The color of the sake may make it seem a bit rich, but it has a mellow aroma and is gentle on the palate. It is easy to drink. Even those who have never had old sake before will find this sake very appealing. It was warmed up to the right temperature, which made it feel very healthy. Mr. Masaki Tada warmed it up for us.
