It has been a while since I have had a Kaze no Mori🍶 80% polished rice with amazing balance. The light acidity and sweetness brought out was very tasty.
Living in Iwate, it is not easy to drink this sake.
Since I came all the way here to drink it with an old friend, I was excited to order it! The sweetness with a hint of melon is very delicious.
