Grilled fried tofu with chopped green onion and soy sauce was served as a side dish.
It was delicious! I felt it was quite sweet, but I think sweet and sour is closer.
Perhaps it was the name of the sake, "Senkohana" (sparkling fireworks), but it was a wonderful sake that made me feel sentimental about the end of summer!
