Commemorative sake for the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Yamauchi Toji Association Akita Sake Komachi/polished 55 Kyokai No.1 yeast Micro bubble bath in the glass Gorgeous berry aroma on the nose. Fresh sweetness like raspberry and sourness right after opening the bottle. Personally, it is a little sweet for a mid-meal drink. After the Saturday night market, it was a mellow, umami sake that I never got tired of drinking on its own. It would go well with hamburgers. I was watching my nieces' homework while picking up the almond fish and before I knew it, it was empty... Tian Hua delicious! 😋

🌌✨ 🌾Asahi rice (rice rice) and Yamada/polished 77 We also hung up the No.7 yeast and released it on Tanabata 🎋. Packed in a short period of time, labeled, and shipped to distributors nationwide before the release date. It is mind-boggling. The label is made of a material like Japanese paper. The tasuki, which is reminiscent of tanzaku (paper strips), is also stylish🪽. The standing aroma is like a melon picking. The nose immediately after opening the bottle is like lemonade 🍋. Refreshing acidity and soft sweetness. Fresh! You can drink it in large gulps! After a few days, it tastes like muskmelon. A little astringent when chilled in the snow Delicious when heated 😋. Thank you for the food... Thank you for your always delicious sake♪ Thanks for the sake connection! The last off-line meeting, Jikin Asahi rice, was also delicious with stable Jikin aroma 😋.

Juice recommended by liquor store🍹. Akita Sake Komachi / Polishing 55 brewer's yeast Fresh aroma like muscat Hints of white peach 🍑 like a fruity aroma! Slightly sweet, no gasiness, but very refreshing with a fresh citrus acidity. The bitterness is moderate, fruity and light, very tasty with summer vegetables wrapped in pork belly 😋. It was delicious on the rocks and did not fall apart after a sweaty BBQ 👌. It was a goldfish 🥲, not the same 🐢 as Pon! Very tasty goldfish ❣️ All the series are unfiltered raw sake, I would like to try the other 🍌🍑🐢🦜 as well! 🤤🤤.

 Traveled to Kumamoto for the first camper show in 3 years. Purchased Hatsuki Lan at a well-researched liquor store.  The taste is refreshing. But the taste is very strong. You can feel the sourness at the back of your mouth at the end. It is delicious.

2nd step 👣Drinking comparison of different yeast Yamada-Nishiki / Polishing 60 / Yeast No.7 Aroma: Slightly limey on the first sip Woody pear-like aroma on the third day When served cool, it is full-bodied! When served cool, it is full-bodied with a gusto, but when served cold, it has the delicious flavor of rice 😋 It is like a gin and tonic concentrate, as if made with Bombay Sapphire! Delicious! I feel that the No. 7 yeast has a little more depth of flavor than the No. 9 yeast. It's not my favorite, but it's addictive 😻. The brewery R4BY has a new koji room, and the second step is the wooden aroma on the koji rice, which is only available this season... 🥺 even though I'm a new graduate! 👏.
