Shinshu Sake Festival (7)
I was in a panic 😵💫 because of the unexpected taste of fire-roasted sake, but on Friday I opened the bottle with ❗️ and continued 🤗.
I don't think this one smells too much either.
I took a sip and thought, "Yes! I felt it was not the same, but... it was still very alcoholey, so I couldn't drink much more 🥲So I decided it wasn't a good day and switched to tea 🍵 early 😑.
We both had the same impression...something wrong? I was skeptical 🤔.
Then on the second day, Saturday, we were happy to taste the fire-roasted one first 😆 and then switched to this one with high expectations‼️Oh, it's getting better and sweeter 👍
And unusually for us, it tasted even sweeter on the third day 🤗Yes, it tasted even sweeter 😍It had a robust flavor and was so good 😋 and we drank more and more.
But overall, it's not so much sweet and tasty, but for us, it's more like a heavy and full-bodied bottle that's worth drinking 😊.

The Shinshu sake we stocked up on during our trip to Nagano is finally down to the last boss, Shinshu Kamerei!
We'll see what sake we get next at ⁉️

Jay & Nobby Good evening, I wrote in my review that it was sweet and tasty, so I may have given you a false sense of hope 😅It certainly had a robust flavor. I think it will be more delicious if you let it sit for a few days. I think Kamerei is like that too!
