Last Saturday.
Our favorite Abe-san💛 was up on Instagram, so we drove to Saito Sake Shop to seek it out 🚙.
But unfortunately, the Abesan💛 we were aiming for was sold out🚙! Unfortunately, the Abesan💛 we were looking for was sold out 😫, so we bought another Abesan, a Yamasan that is only available here, and a Masayo that is dry, and we wanted a drier one, so we got this one with a sake strength of +12-13👍.
We only bought 4 bottles here and went to the next liquor store 🚙The 4th picture is the purchases of the day ‼️, a little different lineup from usual, right 🤗.
And the Tsumami of the day was Asanoya's Tuna Sashimi 😍It's a dry sake to go with this 😋.
So this is the first Sanzenmori I just bought! It's Michisakari, not Sanzenmori 😊.
Excited about the appearance that reminds me of dry sake😁.

I'll make love to you ♬ I'll make love to you ♬ I'll make love to you This is surprisingly fresh and sweet at the back 😌It's easy to drink and refreshing, but the acidity that comes later closes it out 😋.
This is dry +12 😳.
I put some wasabi on top of the sashimi and then I sipped the sake........
This is the flavor I was looking for 😊.
This is only my second bottle of Gifu sake at home since the W💦I'm still aiming for my goal of getting a bottle this year😙.

It's a freshly squeezed aromatic sake! Next time I'm going to the liquor store for Sanzenmori 🤗 but the liquor store that sells it is far away 😓.
