We enjoyed the marriage of Temari Sushi with seasonal vegetables, fish, meat and various kinds of Obanzai.
Jikin Special Junmai Unfiltered Nama

It was my favorite of all the ones we had!
Hiyuki Special Junmai!
It was more acidic than Jikin, so it went well with Temari Sushi!
Kudokidoki Ue Bakuren Super Dry
Sweet and refreshing with a spicy aftertaste.
I've been avoiding super-salty wines, but this one is delicious with food!
I want to drink it at home!
Nikkomi ultra-harakuchi junmai sake.
It was more refreshing than spicy and went well with all dishes. ❣️
I posted this sake because it went best with Temari Sushi!
Isoboast Super Special Junmai Yamadanishiki
It is sweeter than the Hitakami and also more refreshing!
This sake also went well with all the dishes!
Kido Junmai Daiginjyo Nama-nara Sake.
Sake with a sweetness that you wouldn't expect from a junmai and a strong rice flavor!
It has a slight peculiarity and is so strong that it seems to defeat the dishes!
I would like to try heating it up!
Cherry blossoms were in full bloom that day 🌸🌸🌸
It was a very satisfying day for both the eyes and the stomach 😊.

I think dry is good with rice! Every time I think so but the alcohol I buy is sweet and fruity 🤣I want to change the alcohol with the food but I can't drink it 😅I like to be able to easily drink alcohol I don't know 😉.
